Darker My Love / Audacity, 'Under The Covers Vol. 1' Split 7"

Finally picked up my copy of IHRNR005 at their headquarters a couple of weeks back. This release is the first volume in their 'Under The Covers' series and features Darker My Love and Audacity covering each others songs ('Mr. Alvarez' and 'Summer Is Here' respectively). While you will have to buy this (or trick Matzah when he is drunk) to hear what this sounds like, take a listen to the originals and try to imagine.

White Fence 12" LP

A little birdie told me that Darker My Love is recording (has recorded?) a new album to be released sometime this year. Hopefully that's a fact and not some rumor mill gossip. In the meantime, Tim Presley has recorded 16 new songs under the name White Fence and released them on a 12". Fuzzy, hazy pysch. Great stuff and a nice way to tide us all over until the third DML record.
